While observing Covid-19 protocols, Mayor Williams and staff members of the St. James Municipal Corporation’s Poor Relief Department partnered with the Open Heart Charitable Mission in an effort to reach out to the homeless community to ensure they were also engaged during the Christmas season.

The event was held on December 15, 2020 at the Open Heart Charitable Mission.

Meanwhile, Mayor Williams also attended the annual Christmas Dinner held for residents of the St. James Infirmary on December 17, 2020 to end the year in fine style.

Residents were gifted items and encouragement from the Mayor.
