Finance and Accounts Department

The Finance Department is responsible for generating adequate and predictable levels of funding to finance the Parish Council’s services and operations. 

Our objective is to implement appropriate accounting and financial management procedures that ensure standardized, transparent and effective management of the Council’s financial affairs.

  • Please note that for all fees, payment can be made by cash, certified manager’s cheques as well as debit and credit cards. 
  • Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.
  • Cheques should be written to ‘Saint James Parish Council’.
  • For cheque collection, identification is required. The acceptable forms are a driver’s license, passport, or national ID card.
