PROUD MICONIAN: His Worship, the Mayor of Montego Bay, Councillor Leeroy Williams, as part of the Mico University College's 185th Anniversary, is being honoured by the institution for his stalwart contributions in the fields of Public Service and Community Development.
Having served in the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development as a Councillor for over 15 years, Mayor Williams is a retired Educator and proud Miconian, having studied at the then Mico Teacher’s College from 1969- 1972. The St James Municipal Corporation salutes Mayor Williams in recognition of this milestone.
